When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service and town you select, and any message you add. We don’t collect payment information through this website.
How We Use It
We use your information only to respond to your quote request, schedule and perform work you’ve requested, and follow up about that request. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Our quote form is sent from our own website directly to our business inbox; no third-party form service sees it. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and whether our ads work. When you submit a quote request, a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of the email and phone number you entered may be shared with Google so it can count the request as an ad conversion; Google cannot read the original values from it.
Cookies
Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager, may set cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
